📘 Meaning & Usage
The grammar pattern まだ~ていません is used to express that something has not happened yet but is expected to happen.
It uses the negative present progressive form of the verb.
🔍 Structure
- まだ + Verb (~ていません) → “not yet doing / not yet done”
This is often used in contrast with もう (“already”).
