🔍 Meaning & Usage
The grammar pattern ～を禁じ得ない is used to express that the speaker cannot suppress or hold back a certain feeling or reaction. It is often used for emotional responses such as anger, sadness, sympathy, or admiration.
Structure:[Noun expressing emotion] + を禁じ得ない
