📘 Meaning & Usage
もう is an adverb that can mean “already”, “soon”, or “not anymore” depending on the context and whether it is used in a positive or negative sentence.
- Positive sentence: もう = already
- Negative sentence: もう~ません = not anymore

- もう + Verb (affirmative) → Already
